Roles and Responsibilities

• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue,
and expense controls.
• Assess the strengths and weakness of the sales team and manage the sales plan
accordingly.
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team, tracking sales Goal, overseeing the
activities & performance of the sales team.
• Developing sales team through motivation, counseling & product knowledge update/
training.
• Continuously develop personal leadership, hiring, and training skills while ensuring the
team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
• Analyze Business/ working/ achievement (weekly/ monthly)

Salary -30,000 -40,000
